Find COME Customer Center and Account Support
Prepare the account context and exact error before asking support to review an account-specific problem.
Open the support area
From an accessible COME session, open the account menu and look for Contact CS or Customer Center.
Prepare useful details
Keep the login method, phone model, error wording and any relevant order reference together.
Protect account information
Never post a password or OTP publicly. If a case already exists, add new information there where possible.
Choose support for account-specific decisions
General guides can explain navigation and troubleshooting, but only the service's support channel can review an individual account, recovery request or transaction status.
Make the first message useful
State the problem in one sentence, then include the login method, device, exact error wording and relevant reference number. A screenshot is most useful when it shows the complete error without exposing a password or OTP.
Follow an existing case
If support gives you a case or reference, keep later evidence with that conversation where possible. This makes the history easier to follow than several separate reports about the same problem.
What not to send
Do not send passwords, OTP codes or unrelated identity documents in a general message. Start with the minimum details needed to identify the issue. If support asks for additional verification, follow the instructions inside the official support conversation rather than sharing sensitive information in public.

Should I open several tickets?
If a case already exists, keep new evidence with that case where possible so the history stays together.
